If interested in reserving for the week containing the holidays of  Christmas and New Years please email us your inquiries.
DEPOSIT POLICY: 3 night deposit is required to guarantee reservation if less than 3 days full stay will be taken as deposit, thirty days prior to arrival date.    If a reservation is made with in the 30 day period the deposit will be charged upon receiving the reservation.

Discount offers through third parties must be mentioned at the time your reservation is made.
If your flight or boat doesn't match our check-out time of 12 pm ask upon reserving, about a reduced rate for late check-out.  This way you can make your check-out time at the Inn suit your flight check-in time.
